The Baker and Division Homeownership Development (Baker View) is the building of Eighty-Seven (87) townhomes.  The first phase of the development will include 31 affordable housing units with a sale price starting at $169,000.  Construction started in October 2009 and occupancy is expected to begin in July 2010. The second phase development of 56 units is expected to start after lot assemblage and consolidation has been completed. . Expected construction start for Phase II is January, 2011.
